Interior: Designed with guests in mind, our home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. The spacious interior features four bedrooms—three private rooms and one bunk room—and two bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. After a day by the water, gather in our cozy, conversational-style living room. With ample seating on our comfortable sectionals, it’s perfect for board game nights or simply relaxing with the whole group. Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, cookie sheets, a toaster, plates, pot holders, and a can opener. If you require something specific for your cooking experience, please let us know in advance. We strive to enhance your stay and make your experience memorable. Furnishings: All furniture in Snug Harbor Haven is brand new, including the mattresses. You’ll find it hard to match the spectacular canal views and fresh, modern furnishings at any other property outside Ocean City. Outdoor Space: Situated directly on the canal, our home boasts stunning views from multiple vantage points—the dining and living room areas, the family/sun room, the wrap-around deck, and the yard. Dock: Our dock is perfect for throwing out a few crab pots for a potential crab feast. Enjoy the fire pit, relax on the hammock, or simply take in the beautiful waterfront scenery. Golf: Golf enthusiasts will love our proximity to three amazing courses: Eagle's Landing, Rum Point, and Ocean City Golf Club. Enjoy a round of golf while soaking in the scenic bay views. Frontier Town: Just minutes away, Frontier Town offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including a water park, mini-golf, a high ropes adventure park, and a western theme park. There’s even a brewery for the adults! Assateague Island: Visit Assateague State Park, Maryland's only oceanfront park, located on Assateague Island. With two miles of ocean beaches, it offers swimming, beachcombing, sunbathing, surfing, and fishing. Cleaning Supplies: We provide a variety of cleaning supplies, including hand sanitizer, window cleaner, a vacuum, broom, mop, Lysol, toilet bowl cleaner, and dish detergent, to ensure your stay is comfortable and clean. Parking: There is parking for three vehicles on the property, along with room for a boat or jet ski trailer. Grilling: A grill and picnic table are available for your use. 1. Smoking is not allowed in this unit. This includes vape, cigars, cigarettes, medical marijuana, pipes, or any other form smoke. 2. No pets of any kind. 3. People other than those registered as guest to home is allowed overnight. Having additional guest that is not registered with the reservation is grounds for eviction with no refund giving. The State of MD requires all names of tenants to be giving to rental agent for emergency purposes. Please disclose all names and ages. 4. All units are privately owned; the owners & management company are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or it’s facilities. The homeowners & PM are also not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premise. 5. Keep the property and furnishing in good order, all furniture in proper place. Do not move furniture for any reason as it may scratch or tear the flooring. 6. Only use appliances for their intended use. Damage or destruction of appliances will be considered a civil issue that the owner will seek to recover cost! 7. Parking – is limited to 3 cars. 8. Washer and dryers are for your use, however, please be sure to remove all sand from clothes, towels, etc. before putting them in the washer. If not, washers will clog, and we will have to contact a plumber. Renter will be charged an additional service fee with a min. of $95.00 & max to not exceed 300.00. This fee depends on time of call and if it is a holiday. If there is additional damage, this will be passed along to tenant so please be sure to remove all sand before putting in washers. 12. No overnight guest other than those on reservation, loud parties, or noise. If cops or management is called with a valid complaint, tenants will be removed from property with NO REFUND! 13. Keep grills away from homes! WAIVER! 1)Acknowledgment of Boat Dock: I acknowledge the presence of a boat dock or similar structure at the vacation home for watercraft use. 2)Personal Responsibility: I accept full responsibility for my safety and the safety of all individuals under my supervision while using the boat dock. 3)Supervision of Minors: I agree to provide adequate supervision for minors in my care to ensure their safety in and around the boat dock area. 4)Adherence to Guidelines: I commit to complying with all guidelines, rules, and regulations set forth by the property owner or management regarding the safe use of the boat dock. 5)No Unauthorized Modifications: I will not make any unauthorized alterations or modifications to the boat dock and will promptly report any concerns or damages to the property owner or management. 6)Use of Safety Equipment: I recognize the importance of using appropriate safety equipment, including life jackets, and agree to ensure that all individuals under my supervision use suitable safety gear. 7)Liability Release: I release and discharge the property owner, management, and any affiliated parties from any liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or incidents related to the use of the boat dock. 8)Emergency Response: In the event of an emergency or unsafe conditions at the boat dock, I will take prompt actions to ensure the safety of all individuals involved and will report the incident immediately to the property owner or management. 9)Signature: By affixing my signature below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver.
